FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS • FAQ

Q: What are your rates?

A: Our engineers set their own rates. Please schedule a call to speak with an engineer and discuss your project to get a quote for studio time. We do not have set standard rates because each project is different and we want to make sure you get the time and attention your audio deserves.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We do not have set hours of operation. Each engineer works on their own schedule and will accommodate studio time for each client as needed. If you need to work early or late, we will be able to get studio time for you to fit your schedule.

Q: Where do I go to book time at the studio?

A: We require that all clients schedule a call to speak with an engineer before studio time is scheduled. During the call, we’ll discuss all the details of your project and handle the scheduling for you. We use a scheduling system that will send you a confirmation email and will send you reminders if you create an account.

Q: Can I bring my own engineer to work the equipment?

A: Our staff are the producers and engineers that are qualified to handle and operate the equipment at the studio. We do not allow anyone else to operate or handle the equipment at the studio.

Q: Do you allow food or drinks in the studio?

A: Yes, we do allow clients to eat and drink at the studio. We do have a small fridge that clients can use for anything cold. We just ask that clients keep their food and drinks away from the studio equipment. Clients are responsible for taking any trash or leftovers with them. We do charge a cleaning fee if our staff has to clean up anything left behind by clients.

Q: Do you allow smoking in the studio?

A: No.

Q: Can I bring friends and family to the studio?

A: We do allow producers and roadies at the studio. If the guests are not directly part of the project, we do ask they not attend the studio sessions. Our studio is small and to make sessions efficient, we ask that only those directly involved in the project attend sessions.
